About: The Composer is Dead is a riotous collaboration between composer Nathaniel Stookey and children’s author Lemony Snicket that combines two elements of great story-telling: music and suspense. In a special Halloween-themed concert, San Antonio Symphony Associate Conductor Akiko Fujimoto will lead the orchestra in a gripping murder mystery where every member of the orchestra is a suspect.
Family concerts are designed for children ages 4-11, but can be enjoyed by people of all ages and are a lively and informative approach to concert-going.
Tickets: Individual concert tickets range from $8 for children, $16 for adults and are available at the Symphony Box Office or by calling 210.554.1010 or visiting www.sasymphony.org.
